Situated less than a 3 ½ hour drive from most major mid-atlantic cities, The Potomac Highlands of West Virginia has some of the most challenging and easily accessible rock climbing destinations in the Eastern United States, including Seneca Rocks, Nelson Rocks and Franklin Gorge. These wild and wonderful areas feature stunning scenery and challenging sports and traditional rock climbs.
